Prospects and Contacts; Here you can trace contact history with prospects from start to finish. You can log contacts you have made via e-mail, phone call, face to face and more. You can add many different types of contact details per customer, and write detailed easy to follow updated notes, so you know that the customer is getting the right service. This ultimately allows you to track how often the customer is being contacted by all members of staff and what is being said and quoted.
The sales pages manage the sales that are being completed within your company. There are three graphs that clearly show how many of the customers on the system have been quoted, how many have purchased a product or service, and how that customer found you. Which can be a handy marketing tool, helping you monitor where you are getting your leads from and how much they cost. There is a confirmed appointment list as well, so you can follow the progress of the appointment.
Project management pages manage all areas of ongoing projects, from start to finish. By securely logging all information needed to keep tabs on it. From the enquiry all the way up to completion and afterwards. There are 6 different project management pages, from all quotes sent, to quotes completed and invoiced, also overdue invoices, so you are able to manage outstanding business.
The Export Import aspect of the CRM, allows you to export and import data from excel onto the system and back again. The way you can do this is by simply clicking on the button where it says export to excel and the system will automatically load an excel document and all the data will be on it from that page. To import data onto the system, wherever there is a file upload tab you can upload files and data from documents saved on the system.
Staff teams allows you to manage your staff in regards to the CRM. You can put your staff into teams i.e account, sales, purchasing, and you can add these teams to parts of the system. So you can control who has access to what on the system. and you can easily change this, as your company grows and people move around the business.
The product pages manage your products, from the sales to the delivery. It also allows you to view a stock check at point of sale, and afterwards and will find exactly where that product is. All this information will be logged when entering a new product into the system. It’s a quick and easy way to keep track of stock, and what products are doing well, and what products aren’t. Different bundle prices and discounts can be created to give you flexibility.
The product price bundles part of the CRM, allows you to add orders to customer cards that are sold as a package. So any deals or promotions you have available at your company you can add them on here. It also reminds staff to upsell on your products at point of sale.
Search purchases allows you to search all purchases made that month, so all purchases that have been logged on the system for that month will appear here. So any spenditure of the company i.e stationary, rent, advertising, bank charges, motoring, can all be logged here, and monitored.
The accounting pages allows you to perform basic book keeping tasks for your business, so they are clearly in front of you at the end of each month. It will take all the information logged on the system and will produce a profit and loss report and you will be able to see what money has been going out and what money has been coming in. The system also allows you to import bank statements, so you can keep track of outgoings.
